This page lets you request deletion of your Find the Mistake: Video Puzzle account and the data associated with it. You can submit a request here without opening the app.
What gets deleted
When your request is processed, we delete data tied to your account, which may include:
- Your account profile and any display name;
- Game progress, scores, and leaderboard entries;
- Any personal data we hold that is linked to your account.
How to request deletion
Send us a deletion request by email using the button below. Please include your account identifier (the email, user ID, or in-game player name you use) so we can find and remove the right data.
Or email us directly at Team93m1@gmail.com with the subject “Delete Account - Find the Mistake: Video Puzzle”.
Processing time
We process deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once your data has been removed.
What may be retained
We may keep limited information where required by law, for fraud prevention, or in aggregated / anonymized form that can no longer identify you.
