Lost progress or purchases
Most game progress is saved on your device. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, email us with your details and we'll do our best to help. Purchases can be restored through the App Store or Google Play using the same account you bought them with.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are handled according to their policies — please contact Apple or Google support for purchase refunds.
